Playwright’s Bio

The Marco Players Carole Fenstermacher Playwright

Carole Fenstermacher (Playwright) is honored that The Marco Players is presenting her labor of love, Tango At Two-Thirty. It began as three separate one-act plays: Maureen’s Last Wish (Gulfshore Playhouse’s annual contest, Florida Stories, 2007); Say Goodnight, Rita (Center for the Arts/Bonita Springs Acting Showcase 2012); and Paradise Blue (Naples Players’ ETC Evening of New Plays 2010). Fast forward to the summer of 2014, Carole had the idea that the theme of this trio had some common ground, and this was the beginning of the separate one-acts coming together as one: Tango at Two-Thirty.  For the last six years, when not on a stage, behind a stage, or writing for the stage, she has taught acting at Pelican Marsh. None of this would be possible without support from the shining star in her life, Lance.
