Take the Next Step!

The Marco Players are grateful to our patrons and in-kind sponsors for the generous donations that make our existence and growth possible. To keep the balance between delivering quality theater and maintaining affordable ticket prices, fundraising has to be a prominent part of our work to deliver you quality community theater.

With that, we celebrate our volunteers, and our patrons by saying, “Take the Next Step!”  We pledge to give our time and talent, please take the next step to support The Marco Players.

In Memory of Richard Joyce

Richard Joyce has been in many plays and musicals in his 50 years in theater. He has been associated with The Marco Players since 1989 when he performed in the holiday musical Babes in Toyland in the role of Rodrigo. The Marco Players has benefited from his experience not only as an actor but as the director of many productions while he served for a decade as Artistic Director. Most recently, Richard also appeared as an extra in the Netflix series Bloodline. His commitment to the growth and quality of theater at The Marco Players Theater has been an avocation fueled by a love that has been a lifetime pleasure.

Annual Campaign 2019 – 2020

As The Marco Players step into their 45th season, we are grateful for the support from the Marco Island and Naples communities.

After required operating expenses are paid, we count on your donations to pay for technology, lighting, and sound equipment maintenance and updates. In other words, ticket sales allow us to survive, but your donation will make us thrive!

This past year, your donations made new shows and experiences possible! To name a few: Concerts, Reader’s Theater and Acting Classes.
