Apartment 3A

Annie Wilson is moving into a shabby, conveniently located vacant apartment. The PBS station where she works is struggling and she is reeling from the loss of the love of her life. She has lost all hope in her personal and professional life and threatens to hold Big Bird hostage until her audience of 5 year olds sends in their pledges. She searches for a reason to hope again when she meets her new next-door neighbor Donald, and her affable landlord.
