CHUCK DAYE
The Board of Directors of The Marco Players is proud to announce the creation of The Chuck Daye Apprenticeship Program. Chuck was a multi-talented member of our board and the backbone of this theater for many years.  The purpose of this program is to give local high school students, pursuing a theater arts degree in college, an opportunity to work in a non-profit professional community theater environment.
APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
The program is intended to create interest in theater with school-age students and forge a link between the two. The students will have the opportunity to receive work in a live performance environment while learning the elements of stage production.  Areas of concentration include both the production and the business side of running a community theater. A mentor will be assigned to help with each student’s orientation.
